When will I receive my order?
All unframed prints will ship out within 4-5 business days of the order being placed. In addition to our own processing timeline, please allow for time in transit. Most orders take 3-5 business days in transit. Please see the individual product page on our website for available shipping options and speeds. Note orders placed during a week of a bank holiday, will be delayed and processed within 2 business days from the following day. For all framed orders, please allow 2–3 weeks until shipment. Small sized framed prints will ship via FedEx Ground within the U.S. and at various speeds to select international countries. Medium and Large sized framed prints will ship via FedEx Ground within the U.S. and will be delivered in 2-5 business days, depending on shipment location. For all products, please see the individual product page on our website for more shipping information. Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally disrupt our services. If there is an active service disruption, it will appear on the provided tracking information.
This is a gift! Do you include the price within the package?
We do not include a price nor an invoice within any of our shipments.
Can I order a custom sized print?
Yes, we are available to create custom prints of images offered on the online store. Please email us with the image and custom size you would like at Chris@ChrisJeyes.com
Do your prices change over time?
All prices are subject to change. We retain the right to adjust prices at any given moment.
How can I ensure the authenticity of artworks?
Limited edition, large format prints (30" x 40" and over) are shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity.
What if my order is lost?
If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you report it to the carrier FedEx before reaching out to Chris@ChrisJeyes.com
The item I want is sold out/backordered. What now?
We release first and second editions of prints for all photography. Once all first editions are sold out, a second edition will become available.
How do I decide which print/collection will fit me best?

Will my print be signed and/or editioned?
All Fine Art prints include the signature of Chris Jeyes in the lower right corner. All first-edition Large (24" x 36"), X-Large (30" x 45") and Oversized (36” x 54”) prints are edition numbered in the lower left corner. All non-editioned prints are signed but do not have an edition number. You can find more information about the type of prints here.
Do you ship worldwide?
We do offer custom shipping services to deliver world wide but only upon special request. Please reach out to Chris@ChrisJeyes.com for more information.
Why does my credit card keep declining? Please help!
There are several reasons it may not be working:
Billing address mismatch: Most orders decline when the billing name and address you input does not match up with the address on file with your credit card company. Try checking with your bank account online, or your credit card statement, and entering your name and address as it appears there.
Too many attempts: If you have made multiple repeated attempts that declined (typically from a typo or address mismatch in your first attempt), your financial institution may have blocked any purchase from our site on your behalf. This is done to protect the cardholder from fraud and multiple felonious purchases. You will have to wait at least a few hours or you can contact them to have the hold removed.
Browser Issues: If you have already attempted a transaction, please re-boot your browser to clear the cache. Or try a different internet browser.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is to provide artwork that you will love every time you see it and so if you are unhappy with a specific item, please reach out to Chris@ChrisJeyes.com within 3 days of delivery. Funds will be credited in the form of a merchandise credit minus a 30% restocking fee and any/all shipping costs. All products must be returned undamaged & in original packaging.
The return process must be initiated within 3 days of delivery by contacting Chris@ChrisJeyes.com.

Framed & unframed prints must be returned undamaged & in original packaging.
Return shipping labels will be provided and Items must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of the receipt of the shipping label.
Do I need to sign for my packaged delivery?
If your order is less than $1000 the package will not require a signature. If your item is over $1000 your package WILL require a signature. We cannot be responsible for any packages that have not been signed for upon delivery.
Do you offer framing?
Yes! Convenient, shipped to your door, framing is only available for our standard size prints. You can find more details on the framing options on our Framing page.
I plan to frame my print-only at my local framer. What are your framing specifications?
